- کم روشنی اور گرم مرطوب آب و ہوا میں بہتر افزائش کرتا ہے لیکن سردی میں متاثر ہوتا ہے۔
- کافی چوڑے اور دور نگے (Variegated) پتے اس کی خوبصورتی میں اضافہ کرتے ہیں۔
- آرائشِ گل میں اس کے پتوں کی آمیزش کی جاتی ہے۔ پانی بھرے گلدانوں میں کمروں کے اندر مہینوں تک ترو تازہ رہتا ہے۔
- چونکہ منی پلانٹ کی مانند یہ بھی جزوی طفیلی (Partial Parasite) ہے، اس لیے میزبان درخت سے خوراک لے کر زیادہ چوڑے پتے پیدا کرتا ہے۔
- گملے میں بڑے پودوں کو سہارے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔
